Hagley Place is a purpose-built, residential and nursing home providing high-quality 24-hour care for older people and those living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. It offers luxurious private rooms, all with en-suite facilities. Our team of qualified and dedicated staff are committed to providing professional and respectful care that focuses on the individual needs of each resident. We also offer respite care, which you can now pre-book up to a year in advance.

The dedicated Memory Lane Community provides high quality nursing care for dementia residents. Within the community, memory boxes with small reminders and items, such as photographs, are used to help individuals reminisce – a process which allows reference points and assists in preserving a sense of self. Certain features, including careful interior design, specially designed activity kitchens and sensory gardens with low risk walkways, help people to engage with everyday tasks and pleasures. Hagley Place was one of the first homes to be accredited as part of Barchester’s 10-60-06 Dementia Care programme, reflecting the enhanced quality of dementia care and improved quality of life experienced by residents here.

The home is situated on the edge of historic Ludlow town and has panoramic views of the Shropshire Hills and surrounding countryside. We are always happy to answer questions, so feel free to call up or, better still, arrange a visit to the home.
