We aim to recruit, train, provide workers who are fully vetted (i.e. DBS, references, ID’s, required trainings, qualifications/experiences) to use their skills and provide quality support as expected and to help create a friendly working environment at anywhere they will be placed.

Objectives:
Brisen Company is committed to person-centred approach to care. The company’s objectives are to provide care workers who will support individuals who are vulnerable and have their preferred choice and wishes on how they would like to be supported in the community to continue to maintain their general wellbeing through the following ways -
1- To help service users to raise concerns about any safeguarding issues,
2- To provide quality feedback on work done with service users and report any unmet support or concerns to the responsible individual within Brisen Company Domiciliary Service.
3- To be aware of the health and safety risks and how they are being managed.
4- To support service users to participate positively in the activities of their choices.
5- To follow service users support plans without any bias or discrimination, which will help build their confidence, self-esteem and promote their quality of their lives.
6- Brisen Company objectives are that service users are protected from abuse in all forms and staff have a duty to report any form of abuse to service users who have care and support needs, are experiencing or at risk of experiencing abuse and those who are unable to protect themselves as a result of their care support needs in the community. Staff will have awareness training on safeguarding policies, procedures, standards and responsibilities and how to put these in practice when working with vulnerable adults in the community.
