Somerset House Care Home offers family-led nursing and residential care in the beautiful Yorkshire village of Wheldrake. Our quaint care home in York is surrounded by well-maintained walled gardens, providing residents with a peaceful, homely place to call their own. Our friendly and compassionate care team are dedicated to our residents, providing personal, dignified care that ensures our home is exactly that – a home. Whether this is dedicated nursing care helping those living with dementia or simply a little bit of personal care for our more independent residents, we do everything we can for loved ones to get the most out of life at Somerset House. While some people will require one-to-one care in the privacy of their room, others will enjoy the lively and social atmosphere brought on by our activities and well-being programme.
