Welcome to Barony Lodge Residential Care Home in Cheshire. A homely residence located a short walk from the medieval market town of Nantwich.

Barony Lodge features a range of luxury facilities, including underfloor heating throughout the home. The walls of our retro cinema room are filled with photos of old movie legends, clapper boards and film reels. In this room, residents can enjoy their favourite classic films and take part in Fizzy Fridays with a glass of Fizz or a cocktail and some nibbles.

The Barony Lodge hair and beauty salon features a nail bar and vintage hood hairdryers. Residents can book an appointment with the visiting hairdresser or our in-house beauty professionals (even if a resident doesn’t have an appointment booked, our team is always happy to help).

Our library is decorated with wooden panel effect paper and luxury seating so that residents can relax and enjoy their favourite books. Residents asked for a ping pong table, so our vintage cafe, featuring bunting, pretty tablecloths and vintage crockery, now doubles up as the venue for the competitive table tennis tournaments.

Residents like to make the most of their surroundings by enjoying a day out, supported by our team, to the wheelchair friendly paths along the River Weaver. These paths lead directly to the local cafes, gift shops and restaurants.

Some of our residents appreciate a holistic approach to enhance their spiritual well-being. Our Namaste room is perfect for this. Staff provide hand massages to the sound of relaxing music, with salt lamps and diffusers for sensory stimulation.

The sun lounge overlooks the Barony Lodge gardens. It features a miniature greenhouse in which residents are able to grow their own vegetables. The Sun Lounge offers residents a tranquil retreat, with a garden themed wall, relaxing water feature, beautiful flowers and comfortable seating, it is the ideal spot to enjoy some fresh air and take in the sounds and smells of the garden.

Family are not the only visitors in Barony Lodge. Agricultural students from the local college often visit, to the delight of residents. We also host monthly music therapy and reminiscence sessions delivered by Inner Trust Stepping Stone of Life.

At Barony Lodge, we use our experience, knowledge and surroundings to provide your loved one with the best care possible. To find our more or arrange a virtual tour, please call today.
