Spring Valley Care is a business that specialises in providing personalised care that meets your needs, wishes and preferences.
It was formed after the owners had personal experience supporting a loved one with dementia and realising there is more to a person with dementia, rather than just personal care and feeding. we therefore focus on what a person is still able to do than the illness.
The registered manager has over 20 years working in the care industry as a carer, manager and health and social care tutor. She is aware of good, poor practice and sometimes the lack of person- centred care in the community due to time restrictions. Spring Valley Care aims to work with the person receiving care and involving their family members to ensure their needs are met.

Some of the services we provide include:
Personal Care
Medication Administration
Meal Preparation
Companionship and Emotional Support
Outreach

We have highly trained carers who are Caring, Competent and Committed to meeting the needs, wishes and preferences of service users.
