Trinity Manor opened in December 2019, and offers residential, respite and dementia support for older individuals.
Our dedicated staff members provide high quality residential care for older people who benefit from additional care and support in a warm and friendly environment.
Our Memory Lane community provides specialised resources for those living with dementia, including adapted crockery and tableware, sensory gardens with low risk walkways and activity kitchens, which enable people to engage in life's everyday simple tasks and pleasures to help them feel like they're right at home.
The community is broken up into small units with a family feel, helping people feel safe and comfortable. Services are based on independence, dignity and choice, supported by a person-centred approach to care. Staffing levels reflect needs and people living with dementia are offered a range of activities to help preserve life skills, support interactions and retain a sense of purpose and selfhood.
