Maples Care Home is a purpose-built and well-equipped residential care home in a pleasant area of Bexleyheath.

The home been carefully designed to offer all the facilities that residents would expect from a modern care home while retaining a warm, homely and relaxed feel.

Maples has 75 spacious and comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms. Residents are encouraged to personalise their room with pictures, family photographs and ornaments of their choice. There is also easy access for wheelchairs, if required.

Dedicated nursing and care staff are on hand 24/7, and the key worker system means that residents will always have a friendly and familiar face looking out for them.

Staff provide long-term nursing care, as well as specialist support for people whose dementia is more complex and who suffer from severe symptoms. The dementia unit is designed to support independence, reduce anxiety and ensure that residents feel comfortable and can enjoy the best possible quality of life.

The communal areas provide a mix of intimate spaces where residents can sit and relax or chat with visitors (who are welcome at any time) and larger areas where the home holds a variety of daily activities.

The large, landscaped garden at Maples is fully wheelchair accessible and offers a relaxed and safe environment with plenty of seating space. Many residents like to look their best, so a dedicated hair salon provides on-site hair and beauty facilities courtesy of a visiting hairdresser.

There is no minimum age for residents, as long as staff can meet their care needs.
