The Willows

Welcome to The Willows

Our modern, purpose-built care home and we offer nursing, residential, respite and day care for older people who are living with dementia. We also provide sensitive end of life care.

The Willows is a purpose-designed single storey care home. Each of our large, comfortable bedrooms has en-suite facilities, stylish furniture, a 24-hour nurse call system and telephone and television connections.

Outside, our attractive courtyards have colourful hanging baskets and plenty of sitting areas for residents to enjoy. Our sensory garden has edible plants chosen for their fragrant smells and different textures. It’s a garden that can be enjoyed by all residents.

The Willows is officially a ‘Veteran Friendly Framework’ accredited care home, recognising our best practice and highest standards of care for the Armed Forces community.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

At The Willows we get to know each person we care for well so we can personalise the care they receive to their needs. We encourage residents to stay active and independent, enjoying interests and outings that are meaningful to them. We organise a range of activities including music sessions, coffee mornings, armchair fitness, baking, therapy pet visits and gardening.

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at The Willows care home.

Everyone knows me by name. As soon as I walk in I ask them how my loved one is and they can always tell me what she has done that day and how she is feeling.  We have family members day, so you get connected to other family members with that, which is really nice. Every member of staff, carers, catering, everyone knows who you are and who you visit. They make you feel at home.
