The Threshfield Court team provide the very best in 24-hour nursing care for older people as well as specialist care for people living with dementia in their Memory Lane Community, for which Threshfield Court has received recognition over the last few years for providing and sustaining high quality dementia care focusing on the lived experience.
Our team of highly-qualified and attentive staff focus on the individual well-being and needs of our residents, with a tailored and evolving care plan developed for each person.
