Our home is a purpose-built nursing home located in the friendly residential area of Stoke Heath. Heathbrook House has been specifically designed to meet the needs of elderly residents. Modern and comfortable with a homely atmosphere, our staff provide tailored nursing and residential care as well as convalescence, palliative and respite care. We also specialise in care for those living with dementia and Parkinson’s.
We want our residents to lead a full and active life, and we ensure they retain as much of their independence as possible. At the same time our highly trained team are on hand 24-hours a day providing support where it's needed.
