From the manager
“I joined Care UK in 2017 because the organisation is known for delivering high quality older people’s care. Care UK is also very supportive to its colleagues – helping them to learn and progress. I’m a Registered General Nurse and have studied social care and management. I always aim to work with love and passion, and with a smile. I lead by example and believe in the importance of treating my team with dignity and respect. If I don’t know the answer to something, I will always find it out so that I can support families and colleagues as much as possible. I love making residents smile and fulfilling their wishes. Charlotte House feels like a true home from home. Residents and colleagues are like family and we strive to see the world through the eyes of the people we care for, and their families, so that we can enable them to have empowering and enjoyable experiences every day.”
