Welcome to Basingfield Court Residential Care Home in Basingstoke. We offer residential, dementia and pre-booked respite care.

At Basingfield Court, our residents are in charge of the activities.

Recently, residents decided to run a Come Dine with Me supper club. They planned the menu, bought ingredients and created a dining experience the entire home will never forget. Now, with the support of the team, this is a regular event.

The team also worked together with residents to transform the gardens at Basingfield Court. We invested in new tools and accessible planters so that everyone could get involved. The result is our colourful garden, filled with a variety of flowers, tomato plants and hanging baskets made by residents. This was a great team effort to create a space for our residents to relax and enjoy.

The interior of the home has been recently refurbished. Our bistro-style coffee lounge is perfect for residents to socialise with their loved ones, or other residents. If you’d like to spend time with your loved one away from our communal areas, the spacious bedrooms - equipped with an en-suite bathroom, small kitchenette and lounge area - are perfect for visitors and residents.

Family members aren’t the only visitors that our residents look forward to seeing. Children from local clubs often visit Basingfield Court to play bingo with residents or to perform music. Students from the local primary school also visit for events such as World Book Day, or for a choral performance. These events have been so successful that residents have been invited to the school for afternoon tea!

We also have a zumba instructor who visits every two weeks. This is a fun way for residents to stay active. The classes are tailored to the elderly, so they can keep fit and have fun.

There’s always something going on at Basingfield Court. To find out more or to book a virtual tour, call the number above today. We look forward to hearing from you.
